Executive Officers

Marc Michael

Marc_MichaelPresident and Chief Executive Officer

Marc Michael is the president and chief executive officer of SPX FLOW, Inc. Prior to that, he served as president of SPX FLOW Food and Beverage and under his leadership the business significantly improved its customer relationships, market position and operational execution. He joined the board of directors in January 2016 and was appointed an officer of the company in December 2014. Mr. Michael has extensive experience with emerging markets, managing large project businesses and operations across EMEA. Previously, he was president of SPX Flow Technology's EMEA region and he also held senior positions at SPX Cooling Technologies as president of the global evaporative and dry cooling businesses. Prior to joining SPX in 2003, Mr. Michael held positions with General Electric and TDK Corporation. He earned a B.S. in accounting and finance from the University of North Alabama.

Kevin Eamigh

Kevin_EamighChief Information Officer and Vice President, Global Business Services

Mr. Eamigh assumed the role of chief information officer and vice president, global business services in September 2015 and has overall strategic and operational responsibility of the global IT and Shared Services organizations for SPX FLOW. He was previously named CIO of SPX Corporation in 2009 and accepted the additional responsibility of the Shared Services organization in June 2012. He was appointed an officer of the company in July 2015. Mr. Eamigh joined SPX in 2000 and since served in various other positions within IT and business management. Mr. Eamigh began his career with IBM in Dallas, TX prior to co-founding PrimeSource Technologies, a business technology consulting firm based in Scottsdale, AZ. He holds B.S. degrees in management information systems and operations management from the University of Arizona.

Jaime Easley

Jaime Easley has nearly 20 years of experience across a variety of financial disciplines. He served as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer after the company’s spin off from SPX Corporation in September 2015 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer and an officer of the company in December 2018. He joined SPX in 2011 and served as Director of Internal Audit for three years and as Chief Financial Officer of the Industrial Products and Services segment of SPX Corporation from June 2014 through September 2015. He began his career in 2000 at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served as a Senior Audit Manager and notably, as a Director of the Global Capital Markets Group while based in Europe from 2006-2009. Easley has a passion for community service and supporting local youth programs. He has served as a Member of the Harris YMCA Board of Directors since April 2016. Easley is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S. in accounting from Clemson University and a master’s in public accounting from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business.

Dwight Gibson

Dwight Gibson joined SPX FLOW in June 2016 as an officer of the company and president, Food and Beverage. Previously, Mr. Gibson served as president of Strategic Initiatives for Ingersoll Rand’s Climate segment. Mr. Gibson joined Ingersoll Rand in 2004 and held a variety of general management, business development and product management roles. From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Gibson served as vice president and general manager for the Thermo King Europe, Middle East and Africa truck and trailer business, with more than 800 employees in 80 EMEA countries. During that time, he was based in Brussels, Belgium. Prior to joining Ingersoll Rand, Mr. Gibson was a consultant with McKinsey and Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Howard University as well as an M.B.A. from Stanford University. Mr. Gibson also received a Master of Science degree in International Strategy and Diplomacy from the London School of Economics.

Belinda Hyde

Belinda_HydeVice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Belinda Hyde joined SPX FLOW in July 2015 as an officer of the company, vice president and chief human resources officer. Prior to joining SPX FLOW, she was chief human resources officer with Schnitzer Steel. Previously, she served as vice president of human resources with Celanese, a global specialty materials company, and led the talent management, development, and communications functions for biotech Life Technologies. Belinda also worked at Dell Computer in a variety of human resources leadership positions. Belinda holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston.

Tyrone Jeffers

Tyrone Jeffers joined the company in April 2018 as Vice President, Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain and an officer of the company. Jeffers is responsible for improving overall operational effectiveness, increasing productivity and working closely with the company's Global Process Excellence team to drive continuous improvement. Jeffers joined SPX FLOW after a 22-year career at General Electric, where he gained broad operational experience by serving in a variety of global manufacturing and supply chain roles. He most recently served as Vice President of Infrastructure Management and Supply Chain Integration for GE's Baker Hughes business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University.

José Larios

Tony_RenziPresident, Power and Energy and Industrial

José Larios serves as president, Power and Energy and Industrial for SPX FLOW and is responsible for driving growth and operational enhancements of the Power and Energy and Industrial segments. He joined the SPX FLOW team in July 2015 as vice president of Global Original Equipment Sales for Power and Energy and was appointed an officer of the company in August 2016. He assumed the role of president, Industrial in January 2017. Mr. Larios has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas and energy industries. Prior to joining SPX FLOW, he spent 15 years at GE and progressed in sales, product management, marketing, operations and global commercial leadership, where he last served as Global VP of Sales for O&G Surface products. He earned an engineering degree from Monterrey Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Ryan Taylor

Ryan Taylor has more than 20 years of finance and communications experience including 13 years of experience focused on leading investor relations. He served as Vice President of Communications and Investor Relations following the company's spin off from SPX Corporation in September 2015 and was appointed an officer of the company in December 2018. He joined SPX Corporation in 2001 as part of the United Dominion acquisition and served in a variety of finance roles, most notably leading the investor relations efforts for SPX since 2005. Taylor is a graduate of Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana where he earned a B.A. in accounting.

Stephen A. Tsoris

Stephen A. Tsoris assumed the role of vice president, secretary and general counsel in September 2015. Mr. Tsoris joined SPX Corporation in 2008 as the assistant general counsel, corporate development, where he played a major role in many significant acquisitions, divestitures and strategic ventures. He was named an officer of the company in April 2015. Prior to joining SPX, Steve was a partner at Gardner Carton & Douglas LLP where, in addition to working with a wide spectrum of clients across most industries, he supported SPX on more than fifty M&A transactions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Marquette University, and earned his JD degree from Cornell Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Cornell International Law Journal.
